Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant equipment, including HVAC, boilers, and chillers.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all operational activities and maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company operational procedures.
• Contribute to maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for hotel guests and staff.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
