Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant equipment, including HVAC, boilers, and chillers.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all operational activities and maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for hotel guests and staff.
Requirements
