Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain project management methodologies and standards.
- Monitor project portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams.
- Facilitate resource allocation and capacity planning across projects.
- Develop and implement project reporting and tracking mechanisms.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Project Management Office (PMO) functions.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience working in a global technology or IT services environment is a plus.
