Support project managers in maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reports. Track project progress, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately record minutes. Facilitate smooth communication between project teams and various stakeholders. Ensure strict adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices. Requirements Proven experience in a project support or administrative role. Strong organizational and exceptional time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in various project management software and tools. Ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
