Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and monitor risks across various projects and programs within the PMO.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide expert guidance to project managers on risk-related matters.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in PMO, risk management, or a related field, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and risk frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate complex risk information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a mid-senior level capacity.
