Key Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot polymer manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and yield.
- Conduct process simulations and analyses to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Monitor process performance, analyze data, and initiate corrective actions to maintain operational excellence.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations within polymer production facilities.
- Collaborate effectively with research & development, production, and other engineering teams on new product introductions.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions for complex technical challenges in polymer processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in polymers processing, petrochemicals, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and sound knowledge of engineering principles.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational integrity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities in a global setting.
