The role focuses on engaging with consultants, developers, contractors, and authorities to secure specification coverage, enhance project visibility, and support sales growth across the UAE and regional markets

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Prescription & Prequalification team, setting objectives and KPIs.
- Drive product and system prescription with consultants, designers, and developers.
- Manage prequalification processes with consultants, contractors, developers, and authorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key consultants, contractors, developers, and authorities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Estimation, and Marketing teams to support tenders and projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor specifications, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
- 7–10 years of experience in prescription and prequalification.
- Strong knowledge of project specifications, BOQs, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Solid MS Office skills.
