Print Specialist

Job Overview

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking a Print Specialist (part-time, 20 hours per week) to join its Frankfurt office. Working under the guidance of the Inventory Manager, you will coordinate and oversee print production projects, ensuring that gospel resources and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between church administration and external print vendors
• Review and approve proofs/samples to ensure compliance with quality and organizational standards
• Coordinate production timelines with the Inventory Team to meet project deadlines
• Monitor vendor performance, addressing issues in quality, delivery, or service
• Research and recommend new materials, technologies, and improvements in print processes
• Maintain records of print specifications, contracts, and quality control documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Print, or relevant apprenticeship in print industry
• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in print production and project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with ERP/inventory systems
• In-depth knowledge of print materials, standards, and processes
• Fluent in English and German
• Availability to cover afternoon operations
