Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.
- Review KYC documentation, conduct required searches, and enter Source of Wealth (SoW) information.
- Liaise with Booking Centers and internal stakeholders to resolve account opening queries.
- Track and escalate new onboardings to ensure timelines are met.
- Maintain DB DIFC client base with onboarding details and support account maintenance activities.
- Assist in updating Key Operating Procedures and support audit and quality assurance queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Client Onboarding support within Wealth Management, preferably in DIFC.
- Strong knowledge of KYC/AML standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Arabic knowledge (at least reading) is an added advantage.
