    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.
    • Review KYC documentation, conduct required searches, and enter Source of Wealth (SoW) information.
    • Liaise with Booking Centers and internal stakeholders to resolve account opening queries.
    • Track and escalate new onboardings to ensure timelines are met.
    • Maintain DB DIFC client base with onboarding details and support account maintenance activities.
    • Assist in updating Key Operating Procedures and support audit and quality assurance queries.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in Client Onboarding support within Wealth Management, preferably in DIFC.
    • Strong knowledge of KYC/AML standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Arabic knowledge (at least reading) is an added advantage.
