Job Overview
Provide fundamental support to the Relationship Manager(s) (RM), Investment Managers (IM) to assist in the day-to-day business activities in all aspects of client servicing and operational support. Act as the primary point of contact for RM and client for all operational requests by liaising with key stakeholders at the Booking Centre and locally as appropriate. Responsible for timely action on requests and service requirements to meet the client/RM requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to RM requests and client queries.
- Receive and confirm client instructions related to remittances and account maintenance.
- Attend client meetings along with RM to provide support.
- Assist RM in new account opening process.
- Follow up on Booking Centre/DIFC document deficiencies.
- Provide assistance in managing loan covenants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant client servicing or assistant relationship manager experience.
- Able to manage time and multitask.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills.
