    Key Responsibilities

    • Assisting PB Middle East Private Banking colleagues in daily back-office administration tasks.
    • Preparing reports, summaries, and meeting notes, and supporting CFS in meeting compliance-related regulatory tasks.
    • Learning and applying front-office systems.
    • Supporting the Sub-Region Head in strategic projects and execution.
    • Collaborating cross-functionally with key internal partners including CLM / Compliance / Legal / Products / Advisory and Sales.
    • Internally flagging and managing reputational risks and conflict issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Fluency in English and Arabic.
    • Previous internships or exposure to financial services is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent analytical capabilities with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Self-motivated and proactive team players who can build strong relationships.
