Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence for potential private equity investments.
- Support deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution processes.
- Develop financial models, valuations, and investment memos.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with value creation initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and investment committees.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including management teams and external advisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related financial role.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
