Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence for potential private equity investments.
  • Support deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution processes.
  • Develop financial models, valuations, and investment memos.
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with value creation initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and investment committees.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including management teams and external advisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related financial role.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
