Key Responsibilities
- Support origination, evaluation, and execution of core infrastructure investments across MENA and selected OECD markets.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for valuation, sensitivity, and structuring purposes.
- Participate in due diligence processes across financial, commercial, and technical workstreams.
- Assist in preparing investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and committees.
- Contribute to asset monitoring, portfolio reporting, and value creation planning.
- Conduct sector and market research focusing on power, water, transport, and industrial infrastructure.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or infrastructure advisory with exposure to real assets.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with concession, PPP, or regulated asset frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Degree in finance, economics, or engineering; postgraduate qualification or CFA is an advantage.
- Regional experience or interest in the GCC infrastructure landscape preferred.
