Processing Plant Manager

Job Overview:

Al Zain Poultry Farms LLC, one of Oman’s leading producers of poultry and egg products, is seeking a Processing Plant Manager to oversee its state-of-the-art facility in Sinaw. Established in 2011, Al Zain is committed to food sustainability and delivering high-quality, halal-certified products to the market. This role requires a dynamic leader to manage daily operations, ensure compliance with international standards, and drive efficiency across the plant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day processing plant operations to meet production targets.
• Implement and monitor HACCP, ISO, GMP, and Halal compliance standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain operational excellence.
• Optimize resource utilization to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales to align with market demand.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all functions of the plant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant/production management (preferably in poultry or FMCG).
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, GMP, and Halal certification requirements.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to optimize operations.
