    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the procurement of goods and services in accordance with UNFPA rules and regulations.
    • Support logistics operations, including shipping, customs clearance, and inventory management.
    • Prepare and process procurement requests, purchase orders, and contracts.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procurement and logistics activities.
    • Liaise with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
    • Contribute to the implementation of UN global supply chain initiatives.
