Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services in accordance with UNFPA rules and regulations.
- Support logistics operations, including shipping, customs clearance, and inventory management.
- Prepare and process procurement requests, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procurement and logistics activities.
- Liaise with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Contribute to the implementation of UN global supply chain initiatives.
