Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and operational efficiency.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract agreements effectively.
- Oversee the purchasing of goods and services required for company operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to understand and fulfill procurement needs.
- Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers or opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a procurement or supply chain management role, preferably 2 years or more.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a track record of success.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
