Nathan & Nathan is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage all procurement activities for their Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) operations in Dubai (Jebel Ali). The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and ensuring the timely availability of quality materials to support uninterrupted production and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for cement, aggregates, admixtures, chemicals, spare parts, and plant equipment.
- Source, evaluate, and manage approved vendors; monitor and assess supplier performance.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve cost efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with batching plants, QC, stores, and project teams to forecast material requirements.
- Monitor procurement budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost optimization.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with production schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in Ready Mix Concrete or the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of RMC materials, suppliers, and market pricing.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP system experience preferred.
