Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for landscaping and infrastructure works.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Analyze tender documents and identify scope gaps.
• Support the Procurement department to prepare RFQ.
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Coordinate with project and procurement teams on commercial matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying / civil engineering.
• 5 years experience in landscaping and infrastructure projects.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of landscaping and infrastructure scopes.
• Proficient in estimation, measurement, and preparing rate breakdown.
• Advanced Excel and BOQ preparation skills.
