Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end strategic procurement activities for IT, Facilities Management, and Professional Services.
• Lead techno-commercial evaluations, including vendor assessment, bid analysis, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Develop and maintain strong product and market knowledge across assigned categories.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement support.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve commercial issues effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred). Additional qualifications in procurement, supply chain, or commercial management are an advantage.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in multi-category procurement.
• Proven experience in handling techno-commercial procurement for IT, FM, and Professional Services.
• Strong techno-commercial and analytical skills; expertise in Procurement platforms like SAP ARIBA or GEP SMART or COUPA or Ivalua is a must.
• Good understanding of products, specifications, and commercial terms.
