Key Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of a wide range of goods and services to meet the company’s operational needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and select optimal suppliers to source products and services meeting quality, cost, and sustainability criteria.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible cost, quality, and delivery conditions.
• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems.
• Incorporate sustainability and ethical considerations into buying decisions.
• Maintain clear and organized records of all quotations, reports, vendor documents, and procurement related records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years proven previous experience in Procurement.
• Previous experience in humanitarian supplies would be considered an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Financial acumen to manage costs and budgets effectively.
