Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain physical and computer files of procurement, expenses, and consumption.
• Receive material requisitions and prepare purchase orders, tracking LPOs and invoices.
• Administer supply contracts and outline policies with suppliers.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate for the best price and prompt delivery.
• Monitor and address supplier delivery performance, ensuring suppliers are on the approved vendor list.
• Follow up with suppliers and coordinate with site supervisors to meet schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the landscaping industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational and workplace health and safety regulations.
