    Key Responsibilities

    • Support procurement activities from approved RFQs through purchase order issuance and delivery.
    • Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with approved quotations and budgets.
    • Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, lead times, and delivery schedules.
    • Coordinate deliveries with site teams, logistics, and stores.
    • Maintain organized and auditable procurement records in line with internal procedures.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
    • 2–3 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
    • Familiarity with RFQs, purchase orders, and delivery coordination.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel.
    • Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
