Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to payment.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing for goods and services.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services, maintaining high quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on procurement metrics, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar supply chain role (2+ years preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
