    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end strategic procurement activities for multiple categories including Marketing, Insurance, HR, and Professional Services.
    • Lead commercial evaluations, including vendor assessment, bid analysis, negotiations, and contract finalization.
    • Develop and maintain strong market, supplier, and service knowledge across assigned categories.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure timely procurement support.
    • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality and compliance standards.
    • Monitor supplier performance, manage renewals, and resolve commercial or service-related issues effectively.

    Requirements

    • Strong commercial and analytical skills with hands-on experience using procurement platforms.
    • Good understanding of service-based procurement, commercial terms, contracts, and SLAs.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
