Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire procurement cycle from vendor selection to contract management.
  • Negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality.
  • Identify and evaluate new suppliers to expand the vendor network.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to fulfill their procurement needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
