The Procurement Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end operational procurement process, from order placement to supplier account management. This role ensures the accurate and efficient flow of goods and information, maintains impeccable records for financial and tax compliance, and acts as a critical liaison between suppliers, the accounts team, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Place orders with local and international suppliers, following up on confirmations and shipments.
• Create Purchase Orders (POs) in Zoho and validate Goods-In Notes against deliveries.
• Review supplier invoices and payment schedules, coordinating with the Accounts team.
• Validate damages and stock discrepancies, reporting to suppliers and requesting credit notes.
• Provide support on warehouse, stock movement, and inventory tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and documentation requirements.
• Proficient in Zoho (or similar ERP systems) and Excel.
• Familiarity with UAE customs, FTA regulations, and Freezone procedures.
