Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end procurement of joinery materials ensuring cost-effective sourcing and on-time delivery.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and evaluate supplier performance.
• Maintain accurate records, including POs, LPOs, vendor lists, and inventory documentation.
• Analyze BoQs, control costs, and support budget optimization.
• Coordinate logistics, site deliveries, and documentation.
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in UAE joinery / fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials and local suppliers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills and reporting capability.
