Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric and intuitive platform experiences for various restaurant functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear and elegant design solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
• Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across the entire Toast platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong focus on platform or SaaS products.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong user-centered design principles and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative team environment.
• Experience or strong interest in the restaurant industry or POS systems is a plus.
