Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nucs AI’s platform.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, clinical, and design teams to deliver innovative features.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and validate product concepts.
- Translate complex clinical and technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories and product specifications.
- Monitor product performance, analyze user data, and iterate on features to maximize impact and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in health tech, AI/ML, or a related clinical domain.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, especially in their application to healthcare.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
