Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product documentation (datasheets, manuals, certification materials).
• Manage SKUs, Bills of Materials, and data integrity in our ERP system.
• Coordinate product changes across R&D, Production, Procurement, Marketing, and Sales.
• Research suppliers, obtain quotes, and evaluate quality.
• Liaise with testing labs for product certification (UL, CE).
• Support production planning and process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2+ years in operations, product coordination, or manufacturing.
• ERP system experience (ERPAG or similar) preferred.
• Product certification experience (UL, CE, or similar) preferred.
• Supplier management and procurement experience preferred.
