Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing production and supply plans to meet demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams.
• Contribute to optimizing supply chain processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product flow.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in production planning or supply chain roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
