Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful planning, implementation, and monitoring of assigned programs in line with Save the Children’s strategic objectives.
- Ensure program activities are executed efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with donor agreements and internal policies.
- Coordinate with local partners, communities, and stakeholders to facilitate program delivery and achieve desired outcomes.
- Prepare timely and accurate program reports, documenting progress, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Manage program budgets responsibly, ensuring financial accountability and effective resource utilization.
- Contribute to the development of new program proposals and strategies to expand impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or project management, preferably within an NGO environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing program cycles, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Strong understanding of child rights, protection, and development issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and navigate complex environments.
