Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of the Zayed Sustainability Prize program.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the prize’s impact and reach.
- Monitor and report on program progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to Masdar’s standards and sustainability goals within the program.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in sustainability or clean energy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
