Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and review of program proposals, reports, and work plans.
• Monitor program activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Support coordination with local partners, government agencies, and other NGOs.
• Facilitate communication and information sharing between field teams and headquarters.
• Contribute to the assessment of program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with donor regulations and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or coordination within the humanitarian or development sector.
• Strong understanding of humanitarian principles and international development practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; local language proficiency (e.g., Amharic) is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
