Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programmatic strategies for nutrition and health initiatives in Peru.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field teams on health and nutrition programs.
- Monitor program progress, evaluate impact, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with government agencies and local partners to strengthen health systems.
- Contribute to proposal development and donor reporting for health and nutrition projects.
- Advocate for child health and nutrition policies and practices at national and regional levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, International Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and managing health and nutrition programs, preferably in an NGO setting.
- Demonstrated experience in program planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Strong understanding of public health principles and nutrition interventions in developing contexts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
