    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Programme team.
    • Assist in the coordination and implementation of Vision Hub activities and initiatives.
    • Maintain project documentation, reports, and records accurately.
    • Facilitate communication and information flow within the team and with external partners.
    • Support event organization, workshop logistics, and travel arrangements.
    • Ensure compliance with UNICEF’s administrative and financial procedures.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in programme support or administrative roles, preferably within an international organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Ukrainian.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
