Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in managing, coordinating, and tracking the progress of various projects.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and with necessary resources.
- Conduct research to support decision-making, prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for CEO review.
- Serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external communication directed at the CEO.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring easy access and proper filing for tracking and reference.
- Help organize internal and external events, including board meetings, client calls, and group-wide events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, management, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other digital tools for communication and project management.
- Ability to work meticulously with attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in English and German Language
