Key Responsibilities

• Direct the full lifecycle of complex, large-scale data centre projects.
• Develop and implement project strategies, budgets, and schedules.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary project teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data centre construction or mission-critical projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of MEP, CSA works, and commissioning processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen skills.
• PMP or LEED AP qualifications are often preferred.
