Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, updates, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project engineering, ideally within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or food & beverage manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated strong project management skills, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and successful project closure.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities to effectively guide teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive and perform efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing project management software and other relevant engineering design and analysis tools.
