Key Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for civil engineering projects.
• Prepare engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using relevant codes.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved standards.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (4+ years Degree).
• 4 – 7 years’ experience in technical maintenance with exposure to Facilities Management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, or other engineering software.
• Strong understanding of structural design and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
