Key Responsibilities

• Plan site mobilization, initial construction, and resource allocation.
• Prepare detailed BOQs and manage material and drawing submittals.
• Submit and obtain approvals for shop drawings and technical documents.
• Prepare project schedules and allocate tasks to teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct daily and weekly meetings with staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with method statements and drawings.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP and HVAC projects.
• Engineering degree or MBA.
• Good analytical, Excel, and communication skills.
• Proven skills in project execution methods and planning.
• Goal-oriented, self-starting, and energetic with empathy for customers.
