Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of surveillance system projects from design to implementation.
- Ensure compliance with all security standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and security departments.
- Conduct site surveys, assess technical requirements, and propose effective surveillance solutions.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of surveillance equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the surveillance and security teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, specifically with surveillance systems.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and integrated security platforms.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for system design and analysis.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
