Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Planning Manager to ensure aligned deliveries.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure schedule adherence.
• Review designs, calculations, and drawings for timely submissions.
• Clarify issues with vendors and ensure timely material delivery.
• Enable and review accurate estimation for Bill of Materials submission.
• Lead and manage a team of Design Leads, Design Engineers, and Draughts persons.

Requirements

• Overall expertise in primary and secondary engineering for substation projects.
• Thorough understanding of design aspects of GIS / AIS Substations up to 765 KV.
• Proficiency in selecting equipment like Power Transformers and Circuit Breakers.
• Well-versed in Substation Primary and Secondary Design including Earthing and Cabling.
• Understanding of contractual technical requirements and ability to facilitate Project Teams.
• Good interviewing skills.
