Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all financial aspects of assigned clinical research projects.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor project expenses and revenue, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Collaborate with project teams and clients on financial queries and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize project profitability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project finance management, preferably within a CRO or pharmaceutical industry setting.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
