Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all active projects from initiation to handover.
• Supervise and support site engineers across multiple residential and outdoor structure projects.
• Oversee aluminum and steel fabrication and installation works.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate between office departments and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 7–10 years of experience in residential or outdoor construction projects.
• Strong background in steel and aluminum fabrication and installation.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license.
