    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for digital transformation initiatives.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Oversee project teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budget.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
    • Implement best practices in project management methodologies and tools.
    • Collaborate with technical experts and clients to define solutions and requirements.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT solutions or digital transformation.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Proficiency in project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
    • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering).
