Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects within the Project Management and Information Technology sectors.
  • Develop detailed project plans, scope definitions, and timelines, ensuring adherence to organizational goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, resources, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with Heart & Stroke’s mission.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally at a mid-senior level.
  • Strong background in Project Management and Information Technology.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
