Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage project lifecycle from pre-construction to final handover.
- Control project costs, cash flow, variations, and change orders.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Support contract administration including variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, local authority regulations, and site safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience delivering residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authorities, and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and reporting tools.
