Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to the Project Delivery Team.
• Ensure effective management and development of the Project Delivery Team.
• Oversee that the highest standards of health and safety are considered a priority.
• Manage the outcomes from the Environmental and Social Impact Assessments.
• Contribute to the refinement of the Delivery Strategy for the Project.
• Monitor and report on the progress of the Project to all internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, PMP is a plus.
• 10-14 Years of experience in similar role.
• Experience with a real estate developer on high-end building projects.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
