Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
- Engage and manage expectations of sponsors, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks and issues.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, provide accurate forecasts, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Lead retrospectives and contribute learnings to refine processes, tools, and ways of working.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role, leading digital/software projects end-to-end.
- Strong grasp of agile and formal project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
- Understanding of software engineering practices and enterprise IT systems; comfortable with project management and collaboration tools (ClickUp, Jira, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at simplifying complex concepts for stakeholders of varying technical literacy.
- Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
