Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project management plan, including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, and human resources.
• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day management of construction projects and coordinate work performed by staff.
• Identify and understand key risks and opportunities in all aspects of the project.
• Create an environment for exceptional team performance aligned with company objectives and project requirements.
• Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls.
• Participate in planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ Years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Hotel Projects.
• Strong understanding of construction, civil engineering, and building construction.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
